Dovetail Craftsmen is proud to be one of the premier Design and Build Companies serving the Atlanta in-town neighborhoods.  With 20 years of experience and over 400 clients, we have been honing our craft to provide the highest quality design and final product for our families. We specialize in historic renovations and restorations to combine modern functionality and quality, while preserving the integrity and beauty of the surroundings. We apply strong attention to detail which adds charm and warmth into the design and build of new homes.  Our staff includes licensed architects, product designers, interior designers, and professional project managers.

We are well versed with the requirements of the city of Atlanta’s building departments, the area’s historical boards as well as with the local neighborhood civic associations. We handle all stages of zoning, historical preservation approvals, variances, and permitting.

Our Team is a true Design-Build company that provides full support between the design and the production phases throughout the project. Dovetail Craftsmen also welcomes the opportunity to offer either design support or production support to the builder or architect of your choice. Dovetail has established relationships with builders and designers outside of the Atlanta area as well and continues to expand their footprint remotely.
